TTTech Aerospace contributes to the European modules for NASA’s Lunar Gateway: The Lunar International Habitation Module (Lunar I-Hab) and Lunar View, a refueling module, both built by Thales Alenia Space and funded through the European Space Agency (ESA).
This key contribution from ESA to NASA Artemis will use European versions of the TTEthernet networking and computing platforms already implemented in the US-built Gateway modules “PPE” and “HALO”.

A new scientific paper coming out of TTTech Labs was accepted for publication at the 30th IEEE Real-Time and Embedded Technology and Applications Symposium (RTAS). Moreover, the paper has received one of four Outstanding Paper Awards at the conference.

At the beginning of March 2024, TTTech started operating a photovoltaic system on the roof of its headquarters in Vienna's 4th district. The system’s 166 solar panels on 320 m2 produce electricity for the company's own consumption and the surplus will be fed into the Viennese power grid.

Renowned computer scientist Professor Hermann Kopetz is one of the co-founders of TTTech and the architect of the Time-Triggered Technology that lent the company its name. In 1997, one year before TTTech took up operations, he published his ground-breaking work “Real-Time Systems: Design Principles for Distributed Embedded Applications”. The book is now being used as a standard text at universities all over the world and went into its third edition in 2022.
