The platform ECU “zFAS” premiered in the recently introduced Audi A8. Audi is the first car manufacturer to realize a central domain architecture. In a recently published Video, Audi explains how this complex system works and eventually takes the driver safely where he wants to go. TTTech is Audi’s technology partner for this center piece of piloted driving.
Our partnership with Audi allowed us to contribute with our experience in safety control, high performance networking and software integration to the most demanding automotive ECU development project zFAS. TTTech recently had the honor to attend the presentation of the new Audi A8 in Barcelona, Spain.
