(Junior) Software Project Manager – Mobile Machinery (m/f/d)
You have an (embedded) software development background and are passionate to take on the responsibility of leading, directing, and motivating project teams? As a project manager, you are responsible for planning and controlling application development on our embedded products. You are involved in the entire project cycle, from project definition to implementation. Our software is used in safety-relevant applications for special vehicles and meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Your Tasks
- Lead (agile) software development projects for e.g. fire fighting vehicles, lifting platforms or combine harvesters
- Manage project operations, coordinating with team members, development partners and suppliers
- Project planning and control in accordance with our processes, including ongoing project reporting
- Proactive risk management in project planning and implementation
- Face to the customer in the project implementation phase
- Steering technical discussions and making decisions
Your Profile
- Technical education (in the field of computer science or electronics)
- (Technical) project management experience
- Experience in the Automotive or Off-Highway environment as well as in functional safety area would be beneficial
- Good understanding of agile/scrum principles, values, and processes
- Communicative personality, goal-oriented and structured way of working
- Very good command of English, good command of German or Italian
