TTTech is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the recognition “Austria’s Best Managed Companies 2023". For the third time, the award was given out by Deloitte Austria, together with Raiffeisenlandesbank Niederösterreich-Wien.
The award ceremony took place at a gala on September 20, 2023, and was attended by Artur Gruner, Executive Vice President Finance & Human Resources, and Teodora Valenti-Schober, Vice President Global Marketing & Communications.
"Best Managed Companies" is a Deloitte international program that has been in existence for several years. The award recognizes companies that are excellently positioned in the four categories of strategy, productivity and innovation, governance and finance, and culture and commitment. In addition, the topics of cyber risk and ESG were the focus of this year's assessment. All participating companies were subjected to a comprehensive evaluation by an independent jury of experts.
Georg Kopetz, CEO and Co-Founder of TTTech, was honored by the recognition: "Like the leading management expert Peter Drucker said: ’The best way to predict the future is to create it.’ As leaders, we are committed to creating a sustainable future with relevant innovations for our customers, employees, and our entire business environment. On the one hand, the award as Austria's Best Managed Company is a nice sign for us that we are on the right track with TTTech, but it is also a mandate to think ahead, look ahead, and take advantage of interesting market opportunities in order to continue to drive innovation and create value from our base in Austria in the future."
Assessment meets consulting
The central element of the program is a workshop conducted by Deloitte with top management for a detailed analysis of the focus areas. The globally established evaluation model takes into account benchmarks from award winners from over 50 countries. "Austria's Best Managed Companies" is aimed at Austrian companies with a minimum annual turnover of around 100 million euros.
"The comprehensive valuation model makes Austria's Best Managed Companies interesting to us, as it helps us take a 360-degree view of the company with the help of an external perspective.” Georg Kopetz elaborated. “In the case of this award, we are convinced that it is based on intensive contact with the company's management and has also provided new insights through the analysis."
