In the agricultural sector, ‘smart farming’ and ‘precision agriculture’ are set to play a significant role in the coming decades. The use of automation and new technologies like AI and machine learning in agricultural machinery will enable new ways of working, planning, and managing farms. This will allow farmers to apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and water with greater precision, reducing environmental impact and conserving valuable resources.
PÖTTINGER is a family-owned company from Austria that provides machinery for grassland and harvesting and the cultivation of arable land, as well as offering digital agricultural technology solutions for smart and precision farming. They have been a long-time customer of TTControl, a joint venture of TTTECH and HYDAC.
