One of these industries is the currently growing space sector.

TTTech is one of the project partners in the Horizon Europe project SENAV  – a new space science and exploration technologies project aiming to improve safety and performance of landers, drones, and robot control systems. The project kicked off in Hannover in December 2022. Until 2025, the consortium will develop a range of solutions in smart space exploration navigation.

Am 16. November 2022 war es endlich soweit – der erste NASA Testflug um den Mond im Rahmen von NASA Artemis wurde erfolgreich gestartet. Das ist der nächste Schritt für die Rückkehr der NASA zum Mond im Rahmen von Artemis und ebnet den Weg für bemannte Missionen zum Mars. Das Wiener Unternehmen TTTech ist mit seinen Produkten an Bord des Avionik-Systems (des „zentralen Nervensystems“ der Raumkapsel).

Artemis I is an uncrewed test flight of NASA’s Orion spacecraft around the Moon, launched atop NASA’s Space Launch System (SLS), the most powerful rocket built to date.
