Vienna, 1998 - Hermann Kopetz, Georg Kopetz and Stefan Poledna started TTTech with only a handful of employees and a technology to believe in.
The founders of TTTech knew from the beginning that they wanted to positively affect the lives of many by providing safe and robust solutions. Their great ambition is still part of our Group’s DNA and reflected in our vision “Advancing safe technologies, improving human lives”.

In Austria taxes and social security contributions (national health insurance, accident insurance related to work, unemployment insurance, retirement pension insurance,) are calculated based on the salary. These fees are automatically deducted from the gross salary (gross salary minus tax on wages minus social security contributions = net salary).
Employees receive monthly salary 12 x per year plus 2 monthly bonus salaries, which are subject to preferential tax treatment.

The national health insurance is automatically deducted from your gross salary and is immediately effective. The insurance entitles you to take almost all medical advice and treatment at doctors and hospitals free of charge. The social security contributions also cover continuous salary payment during sick leave. Unemployment insurance becomes active after 12 months of continuous employment in Austria.
