TTTech was founded in Vienna in 1998 by Hermann Kopetz, Georg Kopetz and Stefan Poledna with just a handful of employees and a technology with a bright future.

In Germany, taxes and social security contributions (health insurance, pension insurance, nursing insurance for disability and old age and unemployment insurance) are calculated based on the salary. These fees are automatically deducted from the gross salary (gross salary minus tax on wages minus social security contributions = net salary).
Employees receive a monthly salary 12 x per year.

In Germany, all employees need to have health insurance. You can choose from a number of insurance companies. Selecttheone that you feel offers the best service for you and apply online. Generally, the contributions are the same for all insurance companies, however, some funds demand additional fees, which you have to pay on top. Once you have chosen your health insurance fund, please notify us as soon as possible, so that we can inform our payroll accordingly.
