Field Application Engineer – Testing Tools (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

  • Take lead in the 1st level support, debugging with customers and problem identification/ reproduction
  • Supporting customer onsite in using TTTech Auto testing products
  • Performing analysis of bus traces and logs
  • Manage Jira tickets for tasks or issues in terms of change requests and defects
  • Support technical communication with customers on behalf of TTTech Auto
  • Debugging of system behavior with various stakeholders (Hardware / Feature / Software / Customer)
  • Technical alignment of onsite tasks between the relevant stakeholders, development and customers
  • Participating actively in workshops with other stakeholders and customers
  • Adhere to all software development processes and practices defined by internal decision makers

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Highly customer-oriented knowledge and experience in automotive processes and standards
  • Experience with debugging and analysis tools used in the automotive industry (e.g. CANoe/CANape)
  • Experience with bus systems and protocols (e.g. CAN, CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet)
  • Strong familiarity with in-car and testbench testing · Strong communication skills
  • Programming skills (e.g. C/C++, phyton) are an advantage · German driving license class B is a must
  • Good skills in German and English
