Office Assistant to CEO - Internship (m/f/d)
In this long term internship, you will ensure that day-to-day operations are handled professionally at board level. In addition, in this responsible role you will gain deep insights into corporate management and strategy and will be supporting in different projects. You will also act as vacation replacement for our Assistant to the Executive Board.Your Tasks
- Proactively support our CEO in day-to-day operations
- Independent completion of administrative activities (appointment management, expense reports, small projects, etc.)
- Planning, coordination and preparation of meetings and business trips for the management
- Information procurement & processing of data material
Your Profile
- Currently studying and aiming for diverse work experience
- Personal initiative and company-oriented thinking and acting
- Open and service-oriented personality with very good manners
- Very good knowledge of English, German is a plus

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 1,900,- gross per month.. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
