Working Student-Purchasing Team (m/f/d)

As a working student in the Purchasing Team you will be in direct contact with the Logistics responsible, located in Barcelona, you will be in charge of physical goods received and outgoing goods from the Vienna office, recording all transactions in the system, contacting freight-ward companies and preparing and tracking all relevant import/export documentation (customs clearance, country of origin, delivery note, etc).

Your Tasks

  • Entry of goods for received materials in AT (with or without material code, with or without serial numbers)
  • Issuance of outgoing materials (close contact with the sales office and other stakeholders).
  • SAP transactions related to purchasing and RMA
  • Update of returns and tracking materials (Tool: Issue Tracking)
  • Preparation of shipping boxes
  • Receipt of packaging materials and inventory management of these materials
  • Booking UPS shipments and managing issues, ensuring timely delivery of materials
  • Preparation of documentation such as the A TR certificate, EUR1, request for certificate of origin, delivery note
  • Reporting of incoming goods in Vienna or possible returns received (coordination with Logx Iberia)
  • Collecting information that may be missing from delivery requests received from Project Management

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent command of English; German is a plus.
  • Previous experience or internship in purchasing , supply chain is a plus, but not required.
