Corporate Strategy Manager (m/f/d)
With your technical background and extensive branch experience you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering the broader corporate strategy, defining the next chapter of TTTech Auto.You will be in the driving seat: creating, monitoring and implementing our corporate strategy by working closely with the relevant stakeholders throughout the TTTech Auto organization.
Your Tasks
- Management, conception and implementation of our corporate strategy
- Support in the implementation and execution of the corporate strategy process
- Support business and department leaders in the development of its business/department strategies and the implementation
- Develop business plans and models together with go-to market strategies for global expansions
- Conduct/lead market research, financial and commercial analysis of companies
- Define a portfolio strategy
- Collaborate in strong alignment with our product strategy, communication and innovation departments
Your Profile
- Experience in E/E architectures and software-defined vehicles (SDV)
- Know-how of the automotive market, especially in the area of SDV and ADAS
- First experiences in Corporate Strategy and developing strategy presentations (M&A advisory or similar is a benefit)
- Strong technical background within the automotive area
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment with strong decisiveness to move things forward
- Captivating intrinsic motivation and thriving in hands-on environments
- Excellent command of English (German is a plus)

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 70,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
