Senior Manager Project Lead Architecture (m/f/d)
In this challenging function you will make a remarkable contribution to further strengthen our market position in the automotive industry. Together with a global team of experienced architects you will significantly strengthen our software architectures based on internal and customer requirements.Your Tasks
- Direct Manager of a global team of experienced project LEAD architects; one of the key roles in all our project core teams
- Report directly to the global head of “customer solution architecture”
- Provide technical artifacts such as System Architecture, technical and deployment concepts (ASPICE compliant)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. customer center, project management & engineering etc.) and global customers
- Develop team roadmap and implemented it; continuously improve competencies and processes.
- Streamline / enhance all relevant processes related to project lead architecture within the overall products development framework in order to deliver highest team performance and working efficiency
Your Profile
- University degree with strong technical understanding
- 10+ years of experience as technical / project lead, senior lead, software architect, technical Manager or similar
- Passionate about leading teams and organize work within an international environment
- Deep knowledge and affinity for the Automotive industry and market demands
- Strong networker with outstanding professional communication skills to drive topics successfully along tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30 %
- Excellent Excel and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; (German is a plus)
- Ability to create a good work atmosphere in an inspiring, visionary, and motivating way

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 60,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
